5 Natural Home Remedies For Loose Motions In Kids That My MIL Told Me, And They Worked!

What's more painful than watching your child writhing in bed and making those non-stop trips to the bathroom in a span of just a few hours or minutes, shrieking out, "MAA!"?
Loose motions or diarrhea can be extremely draining (of course, pun intended!) not just for your kid, but also for a mom who is often frustrated and wondering if she could try any sensible home remedies for loose motions before taking him/her to the doctor.
As parents, we've all been there. Haven't we?
Home Remedies For Loose Motions 01
Well, as a child, I did not have frequent loose motions, unlike my peers, except during the visits to my native for summer vacations. So, my mum didn't bother much (beyond carrying a few packets of ORS along with her for me). But now as a mom to a little 5-year-old girl, I've amassed a few sure-fire home remedies for loose motions in children from my Mother-In-Law (MIL). And here's what has worked for my kid...

1. Lemon-Ginger Juice:

This is an instant wonder!
Having lemon-ginger juice when a stomach upset triggers loose motions can be a huge relief! Squeezed ginger juice aids digestion, decreases food stagnation, and strengthens the tummy. On adding lemon juice to it, the bowel movement adjusts itself immediately.

How to make it?

Crush about half an inch of peeled and washed ginger in a mortar and pestle with a few drops of filtered water. Keep crushing till a chalky color starts releasing. Add the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt. Mix well and stir while adding warm water.

What's all about it?

Lemon juice is anti-inflammatory and can also help replenish lost nutrients by rehydrating the body immediately. While lemon juice does its bit, ginger has strong antibacterial properties that can potentially kill the germs in the ruffled digestive system. It's also said to relieve the stressed intestine muscles during diarrhea.

2. Curd Rice:

Curd Rice is one of the simplest meal recipes one can even think of. Curd (Yogurt) is all about probiotics, which essentially maintains our gut health. And for kids with a relatively more sensitive digestive system, having curd rice as a daily (one-time) meal while having loose motions (or even otherwise) can work very well.

How to make it?

Mix cooked rice with enough curd to render a batter-like consistency. Temper this with mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and add salt. You can also add pomegranate seeds to curd rice to enhance the already delicious taste further.

What's all about it?

It not only makes up for the lost appetite and lowered digestive capacity, which is common during loose motions, but the probiotic quality of yogurt helps in strengthening the weakened digestive system. It is, in fact, a wholesome meal when compared with the customized meals we try and feed our children when they are down with diarrhea.

3. Pomegranate:

According to several research studies, pomegranate is a well-known traditional remedy used to treat diarrhea, loose motions, and other stomach problems... Which is why it's a go-to topping with curd rice mentioned above.

How to make it?

You can either encourage your kid to consume pomegranate seeds or mix the paste of its inner pulp made with water and serve it as a drink to him/her.

What's about it?

All of it acts like a wonderful astringent and helps to rehydrate the body whose digestion has been disarrayed.

4. Cumin Water:

Here's another soothing & mild drink that can be really useful in settling gassy loose motions due to severe indigestion, especially as a result of eating spicy or oily junk food outside.

How to make it?

You can either crush a teaspoon of cumin seeds into a coarse powder or have cumin seeds ground into a fine powder and stored beforehand. In both the former and latter cases, all you have to do is boil this powder in drinking water and strain the drink to consume after cooling.

What's about it?

Not only is the taste of this natural ORS very mild but is equally effective in eliminating flatulence accompanying diarrhea, thus steadily relieving the disconcerting state of children's appetite and digestion.

5. Tender Coconut Water:

By-the-way, what's as unbeatable as our very own coconut water (Naariyal Paani) when it comes to home remedies for loose motions?
We've all had tender coconut water during times of holiday tummy, haven't we? Naariyal Paani is a natural electrolyte that balances and makes up for all the lost nutrients and minerals during a typical dysentery event.
An underrated yet powerful ORS that are readily available for a few rupees has to be your No #1 natural remedy in your arsenal. For kids or not.

Pro tip:  Ragi can be given to children down with loose motions. You can prepare ragi porridge (in water) and serve at room-temperature for gradual relief.

Get Your Child Comfortable in the Water!

When Elayna Fernandez, a Dominican mother of three, was trying to teach her then-10-year-old daughter Elyssa how to swim, she realized she needed to do something first: get over her own fear of the water. “I was telling her, ‘You can do it!’ and ‘It’s fun!’ but my actions weren’t matching up with my words,” recalls Fernandez, of Fort Worth, Texas. “My energy around her was more fearful than encouraging, and she probably picked up on that. I needed to be a role model and a partner in the process of her overcoming her own fears.” After eight private lessons together, mother and daughter became confident swimmers.
Fernandez isn’t the only mom whose fear of water trickled down to her kids. Experts say it’s common for non-swimming parents to unwittingly transfer their phobias to their children, leading to a cycle of fear that prevents future generations from kicking their fins. According to a 2010 USA Swimming study, 60 percent of Latino children can’t swim; many come from families in which caregivers also lack this life-saving skill.
The best way to break this pattern is for both parents and children to dive in. Learning how to swim has quelled many of Fernandez’s apprehensions. “Before, I wanted Elyssa to explore but felt powerless to help, and that was a yucky feeling for me,” Fernandez says. Now, she feels secure in her ability to protect her water-loving kids.
For parents who aren’t quite as comfortable in the deep end, veteran swimming instructor Helen Garcia, owner of Helen’s Happy Swim School, in Oakland, California, offers non-swimming parents tips on how to encourage their guppies-in-training.

1. Make the most of the bathtime.

Begin by using this time as an opportunity to familiarize babies with water. “When he’s in the bathtub, get him wet and let the water go over his head and get into his ears,” Garcia suggests. “Having water in the ears is a very strange feeling, and he might not like it, but you have to keep doing it.” By age 1, kids should feel comfortable having water on their faces.

2. Enroll in a mommy-and-me swimming class.

These programs, for kids ages 6 to 36 months, introduce swimming in a small and comfortable setting, and help toddlers develop the motor skills needed to swim. “Parents don’t have to be swimmers to participate—the pool is very shallow so they just need to stand in the water,” Garcia says. During classes, parents do exercises such as positioning kids atop the water’s surface on their tummy and slowly rolling them onto their back, while letting them kick their feet and splash.

3. Sign up kids for lessons at age 3.

It’s time to progress to private or group swimming lessons without parental involvement. “If kids aren’t comfortable in the water by age 4, learning how to swim will become harder with every additional year that you wait,” Garcia warns.

4. Start with fun games.

Instructors at Helen’s Happy Swim School begin by engaging kids in a fun, trust-building, and confidence-boosting activities. “We’ll play games like ‘How wet can you get the teacher?’ and the kids will sit upon the deck, put their feet in the water, and splash the teacher,” Garcia says. Non-swimming parents can practice similar exercises, such as this version of “Red light, green light”: Stand in the shallow end of the pool and position your kids on the edge; have the swimmers-in-training do quick flutter kicks when they hear the “green light” cue and abruptly stop when “red light” is called out.

5. Mind the details.

A beginner’s environment can dictate whether the learning process is positive from the very start. According to Garcia, proper water temperature (80 to 82 degrees) is key for young swimmers. “Children don’t have a lot of body fat, so if the water is cold, their body will get stiff and they won’t want to learn anything,” she says. Another way parents can help keep their little ones happy in the water is to dress them in pool-ready attire. “Lycra-based swimsuits are ideal because the fabric won’t absorb water, whereas cotton boardshorts and T-shirts will hold water and weigh a ton,” says Garcia. “When children are carrying all that extra water weight, learning a skill such as kicking on a kickboard will be a lot more challenging.”

6. Take a dip.

When non-swimming parents rise above their fears and conquer the water, it sends a powerful and persuasive message to their children that will resonate far beyond the pool. Throughout the learning process, parents and children can work as a team by acting as each other’s biggest cheerleaders. “I’ve seen parents who were so inspired by their child’s progress that it motivated them to learn how to swim,” Garcia says. “Now, they can enjoy water activities together as a family.” It’s no secret that children learn by example, so walking the walk—or swimming the swim—will probably be a parent’s most effective form of encouragement.

Taipei Food: 10 Must Eat Food and Where to Find Them!

Taipei is definitely a heaven for foodies. There are so many good foods available around the clock. When I first visited Taipei seven years ago, I was a newbie traveler who didn’t do much research. It has always killed me to realize how much food I missed out. So when I finally had the chance to go back, I redeemed myself by going on a 3-day Taipei food marathon.
Read on to find out which food I ate and enjoyed in Taipei, so you won’t miss out like I did!

General Travel Tips on visiting Taipei

Taipei is a very safe and tourist-friendly city. I saw it as a very cool combination of Shanghai, Japan, and Singapore. I wouldn’t be concerned if even I were to go by myself, but here are some tips that would make your trip even easier:
When you first arrive at the airport, buy an EasyCard – this is their transport card that you can use for trains/buses. You can buy the airport train and EasyCard bundle online here and pick it up once you land in Taoyuan Airport. I recommend picking up the bundle with prepaid local SIM cards too. Normally, you can buy the EasyCard when you get to Taipei for NT$500 (US$16) – NT$100 is for card deposit and NT$400 is to be used for transport. The airport express MRT to Taipei Main Station costs NT$160 but most journey inside Taipei city is only about NT$20-something per ride so this card gets you far. It was enough for me to go around the city for the entire 3-day including the round trip airport journeys. Prepaid SIM Card costs an additional NT$500 so if you want both, the bundle is definitely the more economical choice!
Public Transport is top-notch in Taipei. The train system is efficient – you can expect to not wait longer than 5 minutes for a train. The buses, on the other hand, are slower. On average it requires about 15-45 mins waiting time.
Taxis and Car Sharing – If public transport is not an option for you, Uber is legal in Taipei, super convenient, and relatively cheap. The yellow metered taxis are also everywhere.
Private Car Charter – If you are traveling in a group and want to see things outside of Taipei too, I highly suggest getting a Private car charter. You can book one here, and it can take you to places like Jiufen or other night markets outside of Taipei.
Local SIM Card – As with any other travels, it would also be handy to have an internet connection at all times, so I recommend getting a prepaid local SIM card. You can buy SIM Card Bundle online here (you should get the one with Airport Express and EasyCard), or at the airport and convenience stores throughout Taipei.
If you don’t speak or read Mandarin, download Google Translate and pre-download the Traditional Chinese pack so you can translate it on the go. Locals are VERY nice and helpful but English is not their first language. I found that younger locals can speak English, but it still would help to have translations handy.
Google Maps works really well in Taiwan, in fact for most of the recommendations below you can just type the English name and you’ll find it on Google Maps. So definitely pre-download a map of Taipei to save data while you’re there!
You can store your luggage at the Taipei Main Station. If you need to check out of your accommodation and your flight is not till night time, there are plenty of lockers at the station. Also, don’t be deceives by the size of the locker from outside – each locker can fit a lot! We managed to fit 2 of our carry-on luggage and 3 backpacks inside. Just make sure you remember which lockers you’ve put your stuff into because the main station is huge and you don’t want to lose your luggage later on.
Alright, now that we’ve got the practical stuff out of the way – on to the fun stuff: TAIWANESE FOOD! Before you ask, NO I did not try stinky tofu. As much as I try to be adventurous I just can’t bear the smell… let alone try to eat it. So there is that.
Here are the 10 Must Eat Taipei Food:

1. Beef Noodle Soup (Niu Rou Mian 牛肉麵)

I was introduced to Taiwanese cuisine when I moved to Singapore. There is a stall I frequent at Food Republic (a food court in Singapore) called Formosa Delights, which specializes in… well, Taiwanese food. Throughout the years of coming here, I’ve become fond of their beef noodles, especially with the “Dao Xiao” style – I’ll elaborate more on what this means later!
So while I was in Taipei, it’s a no-brainer that I had to go look for the authentic version of Taiwanese beef noodles. I went to Yong Kang Beef Noodle as it has been lauded as one of the city’s best beef noodles! This is kinda silly of me, but I decided to go on a Sunday afternoon, shortly before 1 PM, when they were probably at the busiest. Sure enough, when I arrived there was already a line of 30 people ahead of us. It was very intimidating. But thankfully they are very efficient and the line moved fast. We waited only about 10-12 minutes for a table for two.
Two styles of broth at Yong Kang Beef Noodle
Two styles of broth at Yong Kang Beef Noodle
I ordered the small dark-broth spicy noodles, which is the typical Taiwanese style, for myself while my boyfriend ordered the small clear broth noodles, both of which are actually not very “small”. I think most people would be happy with the small portion especially if you plan to walk around Taipei and eat more after this. You can also get some side of stir-fried vegetable dishes, which you have to order separately from the booth next to the entrance – this will get added to your bill later.
The tender beef chunks at Yong Kang
The tender beef chunks at Yong Kang
So remember how I said I would elaborate on what “do xiao” means? “Dao Xiao” means knife-cut, and this refers to the way the noodles are cooked – by literally hand-shaving a huge block of dough straight into a boiling pot of the broth. It results in uneven cuts of noodles which are chewy and thicker in the middle and thin on the edges. The beef noodles at Formosa Delight in Singapore come “Dao Xiao” style by default. Love it! PS: You could also order the noodles “Dao Xiao” style at Yong Kang but I totally forgot while I was there!
I loved both noodles at Yong Kang. The beef chunks are so tender and just falls apart on the first bite. The soup broth is made from tomatoes and dark soy sauce so it tasted slightly sweet, but very savory thanks to the beef chunks. And although they said it’s spicy, honestly it’s not THAT spicy. I personally prefer the dark broth style as the broth is more flavorful. If you want to taste more of the beef chunks then you’d want to try the clear broth version.
Thanks to my friend Jasmine Chen for recommending this one!

Where to eat Beef Noodle in Taipei:

  • Yong Kang Beef Noodles (永康牛肉麺館)
  • Liao Jia Beef Noodle Restaurant (廖家牛肉麵)
  • Liu Shandong Beef Noodles (劉山東牛肉麵)
  • Lin Dong Fang (林東芳牛肉麵)
  • In addition to the above, many beef noodle restaurants/stalls have received Michelin Bib Gourmand's title in 2018. You can see the list here.

2. Scallion and Daikon (Radish) Pancake

One of my fondest memories from my first visit to Taipei in 2011 is getting a freshly fried scallion pancake from a street stall in Ximending. It was one of the modern stalls, so they had a bunch of toppings you could add onto your pancake – I added egg, cheese, and ham with the help of my friend Serena, who speaks Mandarin. The pancake was really delicious, especially during the cold winter!
It wasn’t until later that I learned the authentic pancakes are not supposed to have that many toppings, maybe just the option to add eggs. Fast forward to last weekend I was on a bus to Shida night market with my friend Kyle – except I wasn’t sure if we were on the right bus. We had problems communicating with the bus driver and even though I showed him the location on the map, he didn’t confirm whether the bus was going in that direction.
While I was busy racking my brain on how to get out of this situation, with the bus speeding and us holding on to dear life so that we wouldn’t fall, a kind lady behind started talking to us (in perfect English) and asked where we were going. She told us that we are on the correct bus, but since she knew we were visiting, she asked if we would like to get off one stop earlier and come with her to get some scallion pancakes that are popular with the locals – it took me about 0.2 seconds to agree and follow her.
Wenzhou Street Daikon Pancake
Wenzhou Street Daikon Pancake
When we got to the place, which I found out from Google Maps is called Wenzhou Street Daikon Pancake, and there was already a long queue forming. The total wait time was about 15-20 minutes, but it was definitely worth every second. Most people in the queue were locals who would buy multiple pancakes to bring home to their families.
While we were waiting in the queue, Anne, the lady who helped us, told me about Daikon pancakes. I’ve never tried this so I decided to get two pancakes – one normal scallion pancake with eggs and one daikon pancake.
Scallion pancake with egg

Daikon Pancake
The scallion pancake was wonderful – perfectly chewy on the inside but crispy on the outside. The daikon pancake was also very interesting, it was much thicker than the scallion pancake and most of the filling is fresh daikon wrapped in a crispy deep-fried batter, which creates a contrasting texture as you bite into the pancake. I personally prefer the daikon pancake more than the scallion one.
And that’s the story of how I followed a stranger on a bus in Taipei. My friend and I still joke about how easy it would be to kidnap me – just promise me some food and I’ll gladly follow any strangers! 😀

Five of the best: Burger joints!

Burgers at Burger Burger. Photo / Michael CraigWrapping your chops around a beautiful burger is one of the best fast-food experiences a person can have. We love the bevy of burger joints around Auckland. Don’t waste your time on a piece of plastic cheese melting over a dried-up beef patty, squashed between a super-sweet bun. Here are our five favorite places to get your mitts around a bloody good burger.

1. Burger Burger

The Lane, Ponsonby Central, 4 Brown St, Ponsonby
Since opening in Ponsonby Central last year, Burger Burger has earned such a rep that it's had to open a second store, in Newmarket's Osborne Lane. These guys do simple stuff really well, offering just six standard burgers (we love the pulled pork with BBQ sauce and mint slaw, $12), one chef's special and smashing sides (try the charred broccoli with garlic butter and almonds, $8). They will also dish up your burger on a "bounce" lettuce leaf. The service is awesome, even when it's heaving (always) and it's licensed. It serves Kiwi Lion Red swap-a-crate style and other refreshments such as homemade sodas and Lewis Road Creamery shakes.

2. Better Burger

31 Galway St, Britomart
For a late-night burger fix it's hard to beat Better Burger's cheeseburger, $5.50 (with fries and a strawberry shake, $11.50). Sited beside Britomart Country Club, it aims to be an alternative to nearby greasy fast food joints. Better Burger is flippin' simple, affordable burgers made with organic local produce. The buns have been specially baked by Bread & Butter, using honey from bees on the family farm of co-owner, Nick McCaw. The tomatoes are from the Curious Croppers crew and the meat is North Island Angus beef. The joint is hopping on Friday and Saturday nights, open until at least 4am.

3. The White Lady

18 Commerce St, Auckland
Our first two favorites are relatively new kids on the block compared to the long, well-lit White Lady van. The first White Lady was set up on nearby Shortland St in 1948. Perfectly positioned on Commerce St - between bustling Britomart bars and popular backpackers' hostels, the Auckland institution is still a family-run joint and its ovens crank round the clock on weekends. Take your pick from half a dozen beef burgers listed on the menu - we like the Hawaiian with pineapple ($9.50). Be warned, they're massive. If you haven't smashed a White Lady burger on the inner-city streets in the wee hours, you haven't lived.

4. Food Truck Garage

City Works Depot, 1/90 Wellesley St West, Auckland
We always feel wholesome after a feast at the Food Truck Garage, thanks to their healthy fast-food ethos. According to its website, it crafts the "healthiest burgers and tastiest burgers in town". It serves a small selection on freshly baked spelled flour buns with oats and chia seeds (or gluten-free if you prefer). We like the popular "beetroot burger" best - a beef'n'beet patty with cos, tomato, pickle, and mayo ($12). The ego is also worth a whirl - made with quinoa, walnuts, red onion, slaw, and a garlic harissa yoginis.

5. Big J's Takeaway's

1 Melton Rd, Mt Wellington.
Our food writer friend Delaney Mes once described the $5.50 cheeseburger at Big J's as "comforting as any hug, and possibly more so". We've heard of people driving quite the distance to get a taste of this Mt Wellington burger joint that, despite its residential location, has a heavy stream of patrons and Facebook fans. It boasts big, beefy burgers and reveals a weekly special to its Facebook fans. Most recently, it announced the mouth-watering crumbed chicken burger with mozzarella cheese, sauteed onion, streaky bacon and chili aioli. And how about the Moroccan spice chicken with halloumi and mango chutney? Chow down on the lawns of nearby Cornwall Park.

How To Make Mozzarella Cheese For Pizza At Home (Recipe Video Inside)!

This pizza cheese is as good as the mozzarella cheese you get in the market. It is so easy to make; you'll wonder why were you using store-bought mozzarella cheese all this time?!Cooking Tips: How To Make Mozzarella Cheese For Pizza At Home (Recipe Video Inside)

Make pizza at home with homemade pizza cheese.

Highlights
  • This mozzarella pizza cheese is easy to make at home.
  • Here is an easy recipe to help you make homemade cheese.
  • This cheese will taste just like store-bought pizza cheese.

Why do we love pizza so much? Is it the pizza crust or the toppings? No, it is oodles of cheese that makes pizza such a loved dish. It's a portion of comfort food for many; the gooey, rich cheese warms up your taste buds and your appetite. There are many types of cheese out there but mozzarella cheese is the one that is predominantly used to garnish the pizza. Many people prefer preparing pizza at home as it is quite easy to make. If you like home-cooked food, you may dive deeper and make pizza cheese as well at home. Yes, you heard us!
This pizza cheese is almost as good as the mozzarella cheese you get in the market. It is super easy to make at home; and once you'll see the recipe, you'll wonder why were you using store-bought mozzarella cheese all this time?! You need just a couple of commonly available ingredients to get started. Warm raw full-fat milk and turn off the gas, and add white vinegar. Remember to add it in parts while stirring continuously. Soon the milk will start curdling and water will separate and paneer will be formed. Strain it to drain the water. Squeeze it thoroughly till all the water is drained out and you are left with a dry blob of paneer.
(Quick Tip: The drained water can be used to make gravies for sabzi, to knead flour, or to make kadhi.)
Next, put the paneer in hot water for a few minutes, squeeze again. This will bring elasticity and smoothness to the cheese. Keep repeating the process exactly like it is shown in the recipe video shared on YouTube channel 'Cook With Parul'. In the end, after you've dipped it in cold water, refrigerate it. You'll get the perfect store-like pizza cheese without any rennet solution. There, we saw you slurping. So let's get started now.

BEST BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES: A COMPLETE BUYING GUIDE
All you need to know before buying a great Bluetooth headphone
Picture of a Bluetooth headphone
The best Bluetooth headphones offer exceptional audio quality along with the convenience of being wireless. There are many types of Bluetooth headphones available, with various styles, sizes, and functions.
Check out the buying guide below for how to choose the best Bluetooth headphones.
WHAT ARE BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES?
Bluetooth headphones are a type of headphone that uses Bluetooth technology. They work by using digital radio waves to transmit the audio, meaning there is no need for wires with Bluetooth headphones. Like most headphones, they come in various styles, with different types of headbands and earcups available.
WHY SHOULD YOU BUY A GOOD BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE?
The best Bluetooth headphones make listening to music so much easier by removing the need for wires. This is especially useful for physical activities such as running, as well as being a great feature for using headphones indoors. For instance, if you are playing a games console or watching television from a TV that is several feet away from where you sit wired headphones won’t have the necessary reach, in which case wireless Bluetooth headphones will work.
Another picture of a Bluetooth headphone
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE?
There are many things to consider when buying good Bluetooth headphones, so it helps to think about some of the following things before you buy:
  • Battery Life: The main drawback of Bluetooth headphones is that they require batteries. This is either disposable batteries or a rechargeable internal battery, so be sure to check the battery life of any headphone before buying. Also, consider how often you are going to use them, as this will impact how often they need recharged or the batteries replaced.
  • Range: The best Bluetooth headphones have the furthest range, so if you are going to be far from the device (such as TV, games console, etc.,) be sure to get something with a suitable range. Some only have a range of a few dozen feet, while newer models can have a reach of several hundred feet.
  • Comfort: Any set of headphones won’t be much use is they are uncomfortable to wear, so it always helps to think about the overall design and style to ensure it’s one you’ll find comfortable. Look at things like the headband (if they have one), ear cups, and weight to get an idea of how comfortable they might be.
WHAT IS THE BEST KIND OF BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE IN SPAIN?
There are many types of Bluetooth headphones available, any of which may be ideal for your needs.
  • In-Ear Bluetooth Headphones: As the name suggests, the headphones sit inside the hearing canal. This makes them suitable for various activities, especially exercise, as they remain firmly inside the ear even during rigorous movement.
  • Around-Ear Bluetooth Headphones: Another great choice of Bluetooth headphones for physical activity, they work around the back of the ear like frames of glasses, offering the utmost stability. Some types also go inside the ear canal, making them even more secure.
  • On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones: By resting softly on top of the ear, on-ear Bluetooth headphones are great for comfortable listening. The ear cups are usually cushioned for added comfort, and they tend to be the best Bluetooth headphones for sound quality.
  • Over-Ear Bluetooth Headphones: Very similar to on-ear headphones, over-ear Bluetooth headphones are slightly bigger to cover the entire ear rather than sitting on it. They are some of the largest headphones around with huge earcups, resulting in quality sound and comfort. Over-ear headphones also come with additional features such as noise cancellation.
  • Bluetooth Headset: If you need Bluetooth headphones for gaming, then it may be worth buying a headset. This is much the same as over-ear headphones but with the addition of a microphone for talking to other gamers.
